Hyundai service and repairs in London Ontario

Today at Ricky Ratchets Auto Repair in London Ontario I have seen something we don’t see all the time on a Hyundai engine , but I have before . It looks like a spark plug has either stripped or been left loose and has shot up out of head and threw plastic engine cover . The only thing that stopped it was the ignition wire insulating the top of it as it was hurled like a bullet into hood . See the picture of the hood .
